Star Stream Labs End User License Agreement

Star Stream Labs, a division of XVerse Inc., 121 West Seneca Street, Ravenna, NE 68869

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of Star Stream Labs software, applications, platforms, and related AI-powered services. By accessing or using the software, you agree to these terms.

If you are using the software on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. In that case, references to “you” include both you and the entity you represent.

2. Right to Use the Software

Star Stream Labs grants you permission to access and use the software for legitimate business or professional purposes, subject to these terms. This permission is limited, personal to you or your organization, and may be revoked if these terms are violated. Ownership of the software and its underlying technology remains with XVerse Inc.

3. Use Limitations

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to copy, alter, or analyze the software’s underlying code or models.

  • Use the software to build or train competing systems.

  • Bypass security controls, access restrictions, or usage limits.

  • Misuse the software in ways that are unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

  • Share or resell access unless expressly permitted in writing.

4. Accounts and Organizational Access

Access may be provided directly to individuals or managed by an organization. Organizations are responsible for how their authorized users interact with the software. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Content and Data

Any data, content, prompts, configurations, or materials you submit remain yours. Star Stream Labs does not use customer content to train generalized or third-party AI models. Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which applies alongside this agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, models, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by XVerse Inc. or its licensors. This agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or intellectual property.

7. Changes and Availability

The software may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or retired. Continued availability of any specific functionality is not guaranteed unless covered by a separate written agreement.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Some features may rely on third-party tools or services. Those services operate under their own terms, and Star Stream Labs does not control or assume responsibility for them.

9. No Warranties

The software is provided as available. XVerse Inc. does not make promises regarding accuracy, uptime, suitability for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

10. Limits on Liability

To the extent allowed by law, XVerse Inc. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Any total liability related to the software will be limited to the greater of one hundred dollars or the amount paid for access, if any.

11. Responsibility for Misuse

You agree to protect XVerse Inc. from claims arising from misuse of the software, violations of this agreement, or infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions.

12. Termination

Your right to use the software continues unless ended. Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached. Upon termination, use of the software must stop.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Updates to This Agreement

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the software after updates take effect signals acceptance of the revised terms.
